UCSF appoints 2 radiology professorships

The University of California San Francisco has appointed two faculty members to named professorships for their contributions to the field of radiology, according to a Feb. 11 news release from the university.

Christine Glastonbury, MD, has been named the Elizabeth A. Guillaumin Endowed Chair in Neuroradiology. Dr. Glastonbury currently serves as president of the American Society of Head and Neck Radiology. 

Bonnie Joe, MD, PhD, has been named the inaugural Edward A. Sickles Professor in Breast Imaging. She also serves as associate chair for faculty mentoring and on the Society of Breast Imaging’s board of directors.
