Penn Medicine taps radiology chair

Philadelphia-based Penn Medicine appointed Pari Pandharipande, MD, chair of the radiology department, effective June 1.

Dr. Pandharipande previously served as chair of radiology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and Chief of Radiology Services at Wexner Medical Center in Columbus since 2021, according to a Jan. 22 Penn Medicine news release. Before that, she spent 17 years at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston as a physician and researcher.
