Lenoir, N.C.-based Frye Regional Imaging Center has expanded access to metabolic health imaging with liver elastography and DEXA body composition analysis.

The imaging center offers the noninvasive technologies to evaluate liver fat, visceral fat and body composition, according to a Sept. 30 news release. Liver elastography evaluates liver stiffness and fat.

The center also uses the GE Lunar iDXA to measure bone density and body composition, including total body fat, visceral fat, lean muscle mass and fat distribution.
