Marshfield Clinic Marquette Center in Marquette, Mich., began offering radiology services in October, expanding access to diagnostic imaging for patients in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
The addition means patients can now undergo X-rays on site instead of traveling to another facility. Images are interpreted by Marshfield Clinic radiologists with results typically available within an hour, according to a Jan. 15 system news release from Marshfield, Wis.-based Marshfield Clinic.
A ribbon-cutting event held Jan. 14 marked the launch of the service. The Marquette location also offers primary care as well as neurology specialty care.
