Nearly 6 million patients will be covered under a radiology platform designed to improve care coordination, from imaging order through diagnosis.
The platform was formed through a combination of Covera Health and Medmo, and integrates diagnostic accuracy tools with patient navigation and scheduling capabilities, according to an April 21 news release.
The platform supports employers, national health plans and value-based primary care organizations, with reach across all 50 states. The model is aimed at improving coordination between referring physicians, imaging providers and care teams, addressing gaps that can delay diagnosis and treatment.
