Christus Children’s, part of Irving, Texas-based Christus Health, has launched a mobile PET-CT imaging unit.
The unit — made possible through a $2.5 million gift from Valero — will serve patients across Texas in San Antonio, New Braunfels and San Marcos, according to a June 11 news release shared with Becker’s.
The service expansion will serve pediatric and adult patients with cancer and complex neurological conditions.
