The online platform is preventing ads from running on videos and channels that promote anti-vaccination content per its policies “that govern what videos we allow ads to appear on, and videos that promote anti-vaccination content are a violation of those policies,” according to a statement from the company obtained by Buzzfeed News.

Additionally, the company has incorporated an information panel that links to a Wikipedia page about “vaccine hesitancy.” These panels now appear on a large number of videos and channels displaying anti-vaccination content.

Other technology companies are also cracking down on anti-vaccination content, including Facebook, Google and Pinterest.
