Four notes:
1. Dr. Perrott is currently senior vice president and CMO of the California Hospital Association.
2. He was previously vice chair of The Joint Commission’s board of commissioners in 2017 and 2018.
3. He has also served as chair of The Joint Commission’s finance committee.
4. In his new role, Dr. Perrott will lead the board as sets goals and identifies strategic issues to support. He will also oversee the strategic plan and budget for Joint Commission Resources and the Joint Commission Center for Transforming Healthcare, nonprofit affiliates of The Joint Commission.
