Glenn Loomis, MD, CEO of St. Elizabeth Physicians, said the group wants to increase transparency surrounding their performance for the public, according to the report.

“Holding ourselves accountable for delivering the best care possible and continually making improvements to patient care is our top priority,” Dr. Loomis said. “Transparency can be a real benefit to patients, but it can also be confusing. Patients should expect providers to share their results clearly and in comparison to national best practice benchmarks.”
