Dr. Plough makes the move to RWJF from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, where he served as director of emergency preparedness and response for the 10 million Los Angeles residents.
The former vice president for research and evaluation, David C. Colby, PhD, has been appointed vice president for public policy at RWJF.
