Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Grants $3.6M to Improve Community Health

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation announced it has awarded $3.6 million in grants to support programs to improve the health of communities.

Eighteen coalitions received up to $200,000 each in Roadmaps to Health Community Grants. The two-year grants are part of the County Health Rankings & Roadmaps program, which is led by RWJF and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute.

The 18 coalitions will implement projects to change policy and systems that affect community health, such as education.
