The first strike hit a school as well as the Women and Children’s Hospital in the city of Azaz. Another struck a hospital in the town of Marat Numan, according to Reuters.
Amnesty International considered the attacks war crimes, but did not give information on who may be responsible, according to CNN.
The number of people killed in the strikes varies by report. CNN reported 22 were killed and eight were missing and presumably dead. Reuters said approximately 50 individuals were killed.
