Press Ganey launches survey solutions for Child HCAHPS

The Agency for Health Care Research and Quality’s Child HCAHPS survey was released in October and includes 62 questions on 18 different measures of the patient experience. To help healthcare organizations prepare for Child HCAHPS regulatory requirements and improve the pediatric patient and family experience, Press Ganey has launched its Child HCAHPS surveying solution, according to a recent press release.

The Child HCAHPS solution complements the company’s Inpatient Pediatric solution and expands its HCAHPS solutions portfolio. The solution is focused on continuous measurement and can help children’s hospitals prepare for and potentially score higher on future Child HCAHPS surveys.

Press Ganey also offers the largest pediatric-specific benchmarking database in the country, online improvement tools and performance improvement advisors to assist hospitals involved in the data collection program.

Scores on HCAHPS surveys can have a big impact on a hospital’s bottom line, making resources such as Press Ganey’s new pediatric solutions useful.
