Key findings include the following:
• The number of catheter-associated urinary tract infections decreased 36 percent between 2008 and 2011.
• The number of wrong-site surgeries decreased 40 percent from 2007 to 2012.
• Hospital employee influenza vaccination rates reached a rate of 72 percent during the 2011 to 2012 influenza season.
