Providence Medical Group in Dayton, Ohio, is on the fast track to becoming the first patient-centered medical home in the city.

An affiliation with GE Aviation, which recently brought a number of jobs to Dayton, has helped speed up the PCMH accreditation process. And cardiovascular imaging test are done on-site by Diagnostic Partners, a cardiologist-owned company that helps physicians and administrators nationwide, which helps make integrated care more convenient for Providence Medical Group.  

The Medical Group is Dayton’s only major healthcare provider organization independently owned and managed by physicians.
