OR mechanical problem cancels surgeries at Phoenix VA hospital

A problem with the operating room's ventilation system Wednesday caused Phoenix VA Health Care System to cancel surgeries, according to a KPHO/KTVK report.

Engineers are taking two to three days to evaluate the OR's mechanical system, and scheduled surgeries are postponed until Feb 22.
