The Medication-Assisted Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder Playbook is an interactive tool that focuses on medication-assisted treatment in primary care and other ambulatory care settings, but it can also be used by individual providers and large health systems.

The playbook offers step-by-step help on using medication-assisted treatment in specific settings, but also allows users to customize the implementation approach according to the needs of their particular settings.

The playbook was released by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality’s Academy for Integrating Behavioral Health and Primary Care.
