The number of fatal infections grew after the state’s health department conducted a comprehensive review of all Legionnaire’s infections in Michigan. Additionally, 88 non-fatal infection cases have been reported. Of those individuals, 35 percent received Flint water in their homes and about another 30 percent had no connection to the Flint River water system, according to mLive.
