Kimberly-Clark Health Care is offering hand hygiene kits to hospitals and healthcare facilities to provide to patients upon admission, including and empowering them to take part in hand hygiene best practices.
The Kleenex Clean Hands Care Patient Kit includes Kleenex hand sanitizer, a Kleenex tissue pocket pack and Kleenex wet wipes for the face and hands. Additionally, the kit offers a patient educational material on hand hygiene and a door hanger to remind staff and visitors to wash and sanitize their hands when entering or exiting their room.
"The Kleenex Clean Hands Care Patient Kits were developed to help our customers encourage greater patient involvement in infection prevention, leading to an overall healthier hospital environment," said Jason Burnham, Kimberly-Clark Health Care associate marketing director, in a news release.
