Clorox Healthcare plans to reveal its Optimum-UV System, a Zero Tolerance Game and a Science Folder.

The Optimum-UV System harnesses the power of UV-C technology — ultraviolet light — to inactivate pathogens such as Clostridium difficile and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus.

Conference attendees can play the Zero Tolerance Game to learn about pathogens causing healthcare-associated infections and how they survive on hospital surfaces.

The Science Folder offers information and a poster discussing the prevalence of C. diff, how to prevent spreading this pathogen and summaries of studies regarding the pathogen.
