HRSA Proposes Definition of Rural Health Frontier Areas

The Health Resources and Services Administration has proposed a definition for rural health frontier areas for health programs, according to an AHA News Now report.

The federal agency has proposed the definition which can be used consistently in health programs, including rural health programs. The public may submit public comments on the proposed definition through Jan. 4.
