The approximately 2,500 graded hospitals will receive letters from Leapfrog with log-in information to a website where hospitals can review their scores on individual measures, not the overall grade, as this may change depending on Leapfrog’s cut-off point for the data, according to the report. Hospitals can send any data errors to Leapfrog by Oct. 7.
