Survey: Physicians Give Healthcare Reform a Failing Grade

When asked to assign an overall grade to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, 30.2 percent of physicians gave the healthcare reform bill an ‘F,’ according to The Medicus Firm’s 2013 Physician Practice Preference & Relocation Survey.

The following is a breakdown of grades surveyed physicians gave to the PPACA.

A+, A, A-: 6.3 percent
B+, B, B-: 17.1 percent
C+, C, C-: 25.8 percent
D+, D, D-: 20.6 percent
F: 30.2 percent

The Medicus Firm surveyed 2,568 physicians via an online survey from April through May 2013.
