Comprehensive Cardiology Consultants, a practice of 10 cardiologists, has joined St. Elizabeth Healthcare, becoming the only group of cardiologists directly employed by the system, according to a report in the Business Courier of Cincinnati.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but St. Elizabeth plans to still work with independent cardiology groups in the region, according to the report.
The deal brings St. Elizabeth’s total of employed physicians to 150, most of them primary care doctors.
