The five year program, facilitated by the New Hampshire Citizens Initiative, will include five ACOs made up of more than 12 hospitals and other providers. The program will determine reimbursement using certain performance indicators, which have yet to be finalized, according to the report.

The program’s facilitator said in the report the pilot will include “all major insurers in the state.” It is scheduled to begin on July 1, 2011.
