Neurologic & Orthopedic Hospital of Chicago Considering Partnership With NorthShore University Health System

The Neurologic & Orthopedic Hospital of Chicago is considering a partnership with NorthShore University Health System, according to a report in the Chicago Tribune.

The agreement under consideration would relocate the hospital’s procedures to NorthShore facilities. No other details of the agreement have been released, including what would happen to hospital’s current facility on Chicago’s north side.

According to the report, the hospital is operating under a “heavy” amount of debt and exploring options to increase cash flow.
