Minnesota’s Essentia Health Acquires Two Clinics, Pharmacies

Duluth, Minn.-based Essentia Health System has acquired two clinics and three pharmacies from Two Harbors, Minn.-based SuperiorHealth, according to a WDIO report.

Essentia will now operate SuperiorHealth’s Lakewalk clinic in Duluth and its clinic in Proctor, Minn., as well as the group’s three pharmacies in Duluth, Two Harbors and Silver Bay, Minn.
