Methodist Le Bonheur Acquires Family Practice Clinic

Memphis, Tenn.-based Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare has acquired Peabody Family Care in Memphis, according to a Memphis Business Journal report.

Under the deal, effective Dec. 1, the practice’s three physicians will become employees of Methodist.
