The Partnership for Care Transformation is a collaborative of health systems that share knowledge and best practices, while measuring and benchmarking their care to improve population health and contain cost.

Methodist joined PACT’s Implementation Collaborative, which consists of 24 health systems that are actively implementing new care and payor models.

“PACT supported Methodist as we prepared for the launch of our ACO,” said Tim Kirby, president of the Methodist Patient Centered ACO, in a news release.

The Methodist Patient Centered ACO was recently selected to participate in CMS’ Medicare Shared Savings Program. PACT’s MSSP cohort helped Methodist with the application process.
