Hospital officials did not disclose a reason for Mr. Felkner’s resignation. Mr. Felkner served as LVHN’s CFO for the past two years. Prior to joining LVHN in 2009, Mr. Felkner was senior vice president and chief strategy officer for Baptist Health Care in Pensacola, Fla.
LVHN Controller Ed O’Dea has been chosen to serve as interim CFO.
