Kansas’ Memorial Health System Acquires Family Practice Clinic

Memorial Health System in Abilene, Kan., has acquired Abilene Family Physicians, effective Dec. 30, according to an Abilene Reflector-Chronicle report.

The health system acquired the clinic and its equipment and furnishings for $581,845 in addition to the clinic’s accounts receivable, office supplies, medical supplies and injectibles at the fair market value on Dec. 30, according to the report.

Physicians and mid-level clinicians at the clinic will be employed by the health system.
