Park City Clinic’s CFO Bill Pidwell, MD, said clinic officials decided to align with a larger medical organization and wanted to “start that process sooner rather than later.”

Park City Clinic will partner with Intermountain Healthcare System to form an ACO as its two clinical locations in Park City are absorbed into the healthcare system, according to the report.
