Under the proposed agreement, Affinity’s employees and physicians would be employed by Northwest Community. When the merger is complete, Affinity’s 41 physicians will be the first employed physicians of the hospital, according to the report.
The merger is expected to be finalized later this year. Additional details of the deal were not disclosed.
