Holy Cross Physician Partners, Memorial Health Network collaborate on joint clinically integrated network: 3 things to know

Holy Cross Physician Partners in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Memorial Health Network in Hollywood, Fla., have collaborated and joined a newly formed regional clinically integrated network.

Memorial Health Network is Memorial Healthcare System’s CIN and Holy Cross Physician Partners is the CIN of Holy Cross Hospital.

Here are three things to know about the new collaboration.

1. Details of the new collaboration still need to be hashed out. However, both parties said the new collaboration will collectively boast 1,400 physicians.

2. Richard Perryman, MD, chairman of Memorial Health Network and medical director of the Memorial Cardiac and Vascular Institute, called the new collaboration “an exciting opportunity to provide an innovative, physician-led model of patient, physician and hospital collaboration to improve patient care and outcomes.”

3. Frank V. Sacco, president and CEO of Memorial Healthcare System, said the collaboration “will undoubtedly enhance our ability to provide high-quality, patient and family centered care and manage population health.”
