The neonatal group consists of two physicians who are currently on staff at a Level II neonatal intensive care unit at Holy Cross Hospital. MEDNAX paid cash for the practice, but no further details of the transaction were disclosed.
This is the seventh physician group to join MEDNAX’s Pediatrix Medical Group in 2010.
