Florida Hospital Medical Group, part of Florida Hospital in Orlando, plans to acquire Winter Park (Fla.) Urology, according to an Orlando Business Journal report.
Under the proposed deal, Florida Hospital would acquire the 15-physician urology group’s practice, surgery center and radiation oncology clinic.
