Data will be used to “support policy activities and reimbursement for its programs to bundle payments and share savings,” according to the report. The data will include some identifying information, but it will only be disclosed for determining the eligibility of ACO applicants and to meet reporting requirements.
The database will become effective Oct. 19, according to the report.
