When icy roads prevented Dr. McKenzie from driving to work, he decided to make the journey on foot.
The hospital shared a post on Facebook commending the physician and other staff for their dedication to patient care.
“Thank you to the men and women on our staff who made it possible to continue with surgeries, procedures and exams as winter weather swirled outside this week,” the post reads.
