The practice will become part of Centegra Physician Care, the system’s multispecialty physician practice, and will change its name to Centegra Physician Care-Surgical Associates. The group’s physicians will continue seeing patients in their current office.
“This partnership strengthens their surgical practice and our health system,” Jason Sciarro, president and COO of Centegra, said in the news release. “The affiliation continues to confirm Centegra’s commitment to partnering with community physicians to improve healthcare services for the greater McHenry County area.”
