H&P, Triad Group Must Comply to FDA’s Consent Decree for Quality Improvements
The FDA has filed a consent decree against H&P Industries, The Triad Group and three individuals that prevents them from manufacturing and distributing products from their facilities until meeting certain quality requirements, according to an FDA news release.
