Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center introduces neonatal cooling therapy

In a recent blog post, Sheridan Healthcare announced that the NICU team at the Gulf Coast Medical Center has begun using neonatal cooling therapy.

According to the post, therapeutic cooling is a clinical treatment that involves reducing a patient’s body temperature to 92 degrees Fahrenheit for three days.
