The hospital system provided free vaccinations to hospital employees. According to the report, 99.5 percent of employees are now vaccinated. The other 49 employees opted out of the vaccinations for personal beliefs, while three declined the vaccinations entirely. Of those three, two employees resigned and one was terminated, according to the report.
