Methodist Hospital; North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System in Great Neck, N.Y.; Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago; OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Ill.; and Stanford Hospital & Clinics in Palo Alto, Calif.
