Emmanuel Packianathan, MD, reportedly cared for the patient at Western New York Medical Primary Care in Buffalo in 2011 and 2012. In a signed consent order with the New York State Health Department, Dr. Packianathan did not contest the charge that he failed to document a complete medical history of a 28-year-old female patient, according to Upstate. The state also alleged that Dr. Packianathan engaged in inappropriate physical contact with the patient, though it did not elaborate further on the nature of the contact.
