The following is a list of hospitals with the lowest 30-day readmission rates from pneumonia, according to data from CMS.

Data was pulled from Hospital Compare and is from July 2010 through June 2013, the most recent data available.

All the hospitals on this list have a 30-day readmission rate from pneumonia of 14.7 percent or less. For reference, the national average is 17.3 percent.
