16 California hospitals with the cleanest rooms, according to patients

The following is a list of hospitals for which 80 percent or more of patients reported that their room and bathroom were "always" clean on their HCAHPS Survey.

Data was pulled from CMS' Hospital Compare and is from October 2013 through September 2014, the most recent data available.

For reference, the national average rate for patients reporting their room and bathroom were "always" clean is 74 percent.
