The Mayo Clinic PM&R Residency Program is a four-year program. Residents complete their first year of training in the internal medicine preliminary year program at Mayo Clinic before undergoing 12 months of rotations for inpatient rehabilitation, including pediatrics, at Brooks Rehabilitation’s hospital, according to a June 26 system news release. For the final two years, residents will perform at outpatient musculoskeletal and neurologic clinics, electromyography and acute hospital consults at Mayo Clinic.
The program has received initial accreditation and will welcome the first class of residents on July 1, 2024.
