As survey administrator, Press Ganey will develop surveys to assess the effectiveness of coordination of care and analyze results with AMGA and its members.
To prepare for their own ACOs, participants in the AMGA collaborative will develop governance and leadership structures, learn ways to better coordinate care and maintain sufficient capital to fund implementation and gain best practices for healthcare IT.
