Oshkosh-based Ascension Wisconsin will open two community pharmacies in summer 2026, according to a May 5 report from WBAY.

The pharmacies will be located at Ascension NE Wisconsin – Mercy Hospital and the Ascension NE Wisconsin – Koeller Street clinic and offer retail services including prescription fulfillment, over-the-counter medications and pharmacist consultations.

The Mercy Hospital location will also support patients at discharge and in the emergency room who need prescription medications.

The expansion comes as pharmacy closures have affected the Oshkosh area and other communities nationwide, limiting access to medications. Ascension Wisconsin said the sites are intended to improve access, convenience and medication adherence by allowing patients to receive care and fill prescriptions in one location.
