The transition includes two retail pharmacy locations and a nursing home pharmacy, according to an April 8 news release. Both organizations said patients will continue to have access to services without interruption, with no planned changes to staffing or hours.

Upper Great Lakes Family Health Center intends to hire all current employees, pending standard employment screenings, it said.

The transition is expected to be completed early summer 2026, pending final approvals.
